It is an honour to share that Articstar musician Tzu‑Cheng Wang has been awarded three Silver Medals from the Global Music Awards for his instrumental album Migtsema. Rooted in the voice of the erhu and shaped by the island’s calm rhythms and open landscapes, the work weaves Eastern and Western traditions into a contemplative tribute to Je Tsongkhapa.
The recognition, presented in the categories of World Music, Album, and Instrumentalist, highlights the project’s artistic depth and clarity of vision. Wang extends his thanks to Adam Hill, the collaborating musicians, and all who have supported the journey. He hopes the music offers listeners a moment of stillness and resonance.
Hello PEI!
